Our Story
Skoden Coffee started with a simple question: what would a coffee shop feel like if it were designed for people who actually want to slow down? We opened our doors on Central Avenue with that question still in mind.
Every bean we roast, every pastry we pull from the oven, every pour is guided by the same standard — would this be something we'd want to sit down for? The answer has never been complicated.
We work with roasters who share our obsession with traceability and craft. Our pastries are baked before dawn. The space itself — light, quiet, unhurried — is built to feel like a breath you didn't know you needed.

What We Offer
Single-origin espressos, pour-overs, and classic preparations — each shot pulled from beans roasted to highlight their natural character.
Baked before sunrise. Croissants with real French butter, sourdough toast, seasonal fruit tarts, and daily specials you won't find anywhere else in the city.
We let the season guide the menu. Winter brings spiced lattes and warm chocolate. Summer shifts to cold brew flights and fruit-forward specials.
The Space
The desert gets loud. Heat, traffic, the constant hum of a city that never quite stops. We built Skoden as the opposite — a room where the light moves slowly across the floor and the only urgency is whether you want a second cup.
Natural materials. High ceilings. A corner that's always a little quieter than the rest. Whether you're working, reading, or simply sitting with someone you care about, the space bends to meet you.
